Order and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For Metropolitan France, once your order is validated, it takes 48 to 72 hours to prepare the order and 6 to 8 working days for delivery.
For Europe, the standard international delivery time is 6 to 12 working days.
Please note that during busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery directly via the carrier's website.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, first check the status of your delivery with the tracking number you received by email.
